In 2013 we launched in Greater Manchester to upskill existing construction workers into Green Deal roles such as Green Deal Advisors, Installers of retrofit systems and advise businesses on how to become PAS 2030/35 compliant.
Since then, our team of experts have supported over 2,200 individuals across over 1,000 businesses to become upskilled and compliant in the retrofit market. We currently have over 550 people in learning on our retrofit qualifications.
North West Skills Low Carbon Academy offer is UK wide and delivers a wide range of qualifications through various Projects including:

“Training and upskilling construction workers is the first step in moving towards a greener and low carbon city-region, and we are really looking forward to working alongside The Low Carbon Academy and their partners to make this a reality.”
